We are committed to training theatre-makers and developing the best and brightest talent for the future. Each creative at the RSC is supported by Artist Development; a core body of work that gifts artists with the opportunity to progress through diverse training, support with their personal projects and our mentoring programme.

Our growing mentoring programme ensures best-practice techniques are passed on for future generations by pairing an experienced RSC actor with someone new to the company. We also run a Shakespeare Gymnasium which guarantees our unique techniques for understanding and performing Shakespeare are passed on.

Your support will:

• Provide training for actors in dialect and stage combat 
• Offer actors masterclasses with RSC Associate Artists and Directors
• Support actors to develop personal projects whilst at the RSC
