Here's what you need to know about how we're keeping you safe during your visit.

We are in regular contact with emergency services and work closely with the police to make sure our buildings are safe and our staff are well-trained to deal with any unexpected events. Please speak to a member of staff if you need assistance in any way during your visit.

Seen something suspicious?

You can help us by being vigilant. If you see anything suspicious inside or outside our buildings, please report this immediately to a member of our staff. We regularly receive security training and will take any report seriously.

Security

  • 24-hour security

Our security team are working in our building 24 hours a day, with staff both visible around the theatres and based in our central control room.

  • CCTV

We have an extensive network of CCTV cameras inside and outside our buildings, monitored from our control room.

  • Bag checks

We'll carry out a bag check outside before you enter the building. We might ask you to remove items from your bag to assist with this. Please keep personal items to an absolute minimum and only bring a small bag. Large bags won't be allowed into the theatre

  • Staff training

Our front of house staff and security team are trained to deal with emergencies, detect suspicious behaviour and provide first aid. We also regularly conduct emergency exercises to make sure we can respond quickly and effectively to any serious incidents.

Covid 19

If you have any Covid-19 symptoms (high temperature, new persistent cough, loss of taste or smell) or have been advised to isolate, then don't attend in person.
