Henry IV Part I tells the story of the young Prince Hal. His father is worried that Hal won’t make a very good king because instead of behaving like a Prince he spends most of his time with his drunken friend Falstaff. As the play goes on Prince Hal begins to change.

For young people of all ages, this play is a brilliant way to look at taking on responsibility as well as looking at a range of other themes including:

• Responsibility
