Across the year, expect insightful discussions from explorations of Shakespeare’s women to timely conversations on rhetoric and politics, each event is crafted to spark curiosity, invite reflection, and welcome audiences into the heart of the RSC’s creative process.


Caesar, Reimagined: Phyllida Lloyd & Harriet Walter In Conversation

Discover how Julius Caesar, our First Encounters co-production with KPPL Productions, takes a fiercely political play to a new level. In this In Conversation event, audiences will join Phyllida Lloyd CBE (Director) and Dame Harriet Walter (Brutus) to dive deeper into the origin of the production, its radical interpretation of the text, and how it has resonated with schools, communities and alternative education settings across a five-week national tour.
